VMware Workstation enables technical professionals to develop, test, demo, and deploy software by running multiple x86-based Windows, Linux, and other operating systems simultaneously on the same PC.

You can replicate server, desktop, and tablet environments in a virtual machine and assign multiple processor cores, gigabytes of memory, and graphics memory to each virtual machine, whether the VM is on a personal PC or in a private corporate cloud.

Resolved Issues

The following issues are resolved in VMware Workstation 11.1.

A Linux guest operating system booted on EFI firmware sometimes became unresponsive to the keyboard and mouse if a mouse movement occurred within a short window of time during operating system boot. This issue is fixed.
Outlook 2010 occasionally crashed when running in Unity mode. This issue is fixed.
You could not compress or defragment a persistent disk. This issue is fixed.
The user interface sometimes crashed when a user copied and pasted a file between two Windows guests. This issue is fixed.
Rendering corruption in user interface elements in Fedora 20 guests with 3D enabled is fixed.
When creating a new virtual machine with SUSE Linux Enterprise (SLE) 12, the Easy Install path was not available. This issue is fixed.
Use the keys in the .txt file to install.
There is no online validation.
